I am seeking information on my Grandparents, Jeremiah [O'] Leary and Mary
Lehane. They were married in the early 1890's, probably 1893/4, and spent
most of their lives in Togher, Coolea, Ballyvourney. They had 10 children
and my father Michael was their 4th child. He came out to Australia in
1924, married Lucy Norfolk in Victoria, and I am their eldest daughter. He
left here in 1936 and spent the rest of his life mainly in London. He died
in 1977. Two of his sisters went to Boston USA and one to London. The
other 6 siblings remained in Co. Cork. I think Jeremiah was born in
Inchigeelagh in 1876. He died in Togher in 1925. Would appreciate any
info available.
