No, in Griffith's Valuation c1850, the city area is divided into the Civil
Parishes of - St. Finbarr's, St. Nicholas, St. Mary's Shandon, St. Anne's
Shandon and Cork City itself.
The City of Cork has been in existence a lot longer than 1850!
