Pete,
I printed your information because my g-g grandfather, David McCarthy
was born in 1800 in Cork area but I know nothing about his family. He
married Ellen Kent of Castlyons and they emigrated to Dundee, Québec in
1826. However, his son, John eventually settled in Maitland, Ontario,
married Catharine Mahony and raised a ten children in the township.
John was the proprietor of Grenville, Brewery in Prescott.
Where is Aghada Parish?
