JOAN/HANNAH ANDY born circa 1787 Co. Cork. Probably daughter of DENIS
ANDY, Rathberry Parish, Ibane and Barryroe Barony. She married firstly
FLEMING, secondly DENIS DUGGAN. He was originally from Co. Cork, then to
Foilbee, Kilcummin. Children JAMES 1817, ANDREW 1822 (a tailor at
Kilcummin) and MARY. He married secondly MARY WILLIAMS and had MARY 1828
and HENRY 1835.

Does anyone have any information on Joan and Denis Duggan. Of particular
interest is Joan's father Dennis Andy and whereabouts in Co. Cork Denis
Duggan came from Also help with the Andy surname. It appears to be very
rare throughout Ireland. (In fact MacLysaght doesn't mention it in his
book of Irish surnames). Is there another form?

I have very detailed information on future generations which I would be
happy to share.
