I have a copy of the above map which has a lot of house numbers on it. Does
anyone know of a supporting list which would give the name of these
householders please ?

This map mentions: Messrs Carmichael, Crag, ? Pered, de la Cour, Lysaght,
Williamson, Capts Davis & Dougan and C O Johnson Esq MP. It also shows the
quarries [5], salt works, market, nursery, mill, orchards, pound, spa, old
castle, church and RC chapel.

The other map shows the barracks, brick field, old brewery. tanyard,
Braddell's Bridge, Short Castle ? Ho..., canal, spa walk, fountain, cascade,
ice house, gasworks, old court house. parochial school, cannon field,
graveyard, Primitive Wesleyan chapel, Bridewll and Court House and the names
of the streets and lanes
