I am interested in the BROWNE family of County Cork. My greatgrandfather
Charles BROWN was born 23/Apr/1869 in Pittsburgh Pa. He married Eva
Jeannette KOEBERT in 1888, their first child was Charles T. BROWN he was
born in 1889 and he died the same year. The next son was named Walter
1900-1983. I have a second cousin who is the gradnson of Charles and Eva
BROWN, he told that his father stated, the family came from County Cork, at
one time the name was spelled with a E BROWNE. Charles BROWN died May 1948.
He is interred in St. Augustine's cemetery. Is there anyone on the list
doing research on this family. I have the list of Charles and Eva's
children.
