I found a certificate with original seal for a James McCaughey into the
Imperial Grand Black Chapter of the British Commonwealth.......of the Red
Cross Degree. dated July 20th, 1922

It states on the top ...instituted in Ireland 1797.....so I thought I'd ask
on this mailing list.

Is anyone interested in this?
