Can someone tell me how I can get rid of this virus that is going round.

I've run my Norton Antivirus (latest updates) an deleted the infected files that it found. I have also manually deleted all the infected files that I found. I have cleared my deleted items and recycle bin.

Any more suggestions what I could do and what files I should delete?
