Apparently Stephen Ball will not do this work. This is the letter I got
from him today:

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the National Library of Ireland cannot undertake to carry out research on behalf of readers. However, if you provide a postal address I can send you a list of accredited researchers who might be engaged to carry out this work.
