Subject: [Cork] Identity of the Earl of Kingston in Griffiths Valuation

Can anyone tell me the name of the Earl of Kingston in 1852? He is identified
as landowner in sections of Billerragh east, Macroney Parish, during
Griffiths Valuation of Cork. Also would anyone know if rent records or any
informartion at all exists about this person during this time period? Bill
