Please do NOT respond on the list (or to him for that matter, as that is
probably his goal) to the recent messages sent by a strange person about
visiting his website etc. That person had already unsubbed himself from
this list.
(I don't know if the messages got through to the Waterford list, but it
seems he is spamming most of the Irish lists)

In internet terms, that was a "troll", someone who just joins a group to
start a problem. The expression used to deal with this is "don't feed
the trolls", in other words, don't go for the bait, just delete it and
ignore it.
