Hello List,

I have come to a standstill in Oz with my line of Smith and was wondering if anyone on list can help me?? maybe we are searching the same family!

George Roche Smith married Grace Elizabeth Maunsell (i have no date but i presume circa 1848) their children were

George Osborne Smith 1848-1922 married Catherine Agnes Patterson
Edward Last Smith 18??-1937 married Emily Phylis Dixon
Grace Adelaide Maunsell Smith 18??-1949 married William Arthur Dixon
Georgine Phelps Smith 18??-1945 married Robert Stratford Tuit
Arthur Brooke Smith 18??-1926 married Mary Hamilton

This information was sent to my Grandfather (now deceased) by a firm of Solicitors from Ireland who were trying to locate family in Australia that were entitled to a share of the inheritance left by a family member in Youghal Co Cork.

I would be much appreciative of any info anyone might have.
