Subject: A Personal Note - Cyndi's Apologies

Hi all -

Please forgive the personal nature of this message. It explains
why there have not been updates to this mailing list in the past
several days.

As you've noticed, the announcements on this mailing list have been
very quiet the last week and a half. Cyndi's asked me to send her
apologies and explain the silence.

As Cyndi was preparing our tax returns for the April 15th deadline
and getting ready for Easter, our little Boston Terrier dog, a dear
member of our family and a wonderful infant-surrogate until Evan
arrived, died suddenly after being with us for 11 years. Things
haven't been quite the same since Lacey passed on as the pack is
noticeably smaller without her. It's been a very hard first week to
pass without her.

Cyndi has not been online with her normal frequency due to the
hectic time of year and our unexpected loss. Now Evan has chosen
today to run his first high fever of 104° F- just in time for Easter.

Cyndi feels a great responsibility in keeping Cyndi's List
up-to-date and keeping you informed of her efforts. She's asked me
to let you know why her pace has eased up somewhat over the last
several days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

This mailing list is not normally used for personal notes such as
this, but Cyndi wanted you all to know why there had not been
updates for several days.
