Hi,

Grabbed some stuff during breaks in SLC; won't be new to the involved
folks, but good for the archives I figure. I did go short on some of the
later cites if it didn't seem to have some fabulous revelation (like I'd
recognize them for sure, what a nerve).

51=B23 Joseph Parks decd, late of sd co [Og] in his last illness on his
death bed directed verbally that his plantation & lands where he decd &
tract he owned on Fishing Ck in Green Co GA estimated at 800a should be
given to 3 of his sons & money equal to 1/3 of the value of the land
should be approximated out of his est to buy a tract for his 4th son.
This appeared to be the intent of decd. In obedience to the apparent
will of decd, James Daniell Junr, Saml Reed, Robert Cunningham, &
Cathrine Parks, legatees of afsd intestate's estate jointly bind
ourselves to carry it into effect under penalty of $10000 to relinq all
claims to the land through us as legatees of the est for benefit of sums
of decd: Richard, James, Ezekiel & Little John Parks. Money to make up
the 4th share, James Daniell, Samuel Reed, Robert Cunningham & Cathrine
Parks, legatees, agree to leave $643 out of the est for that purpose as
quick as the money can be made out or collected to be deposited with the
gdn or trustee that may be apptd. Mutually agreed by us as legatees, 6
Dec 1796. sig James Daniell, Samuel Reed, Robt Cunningham, Cathrine
Parks (x). wit Douglas Watson, Js Parks, John T. Sankey, J. Parks, J.P.
N.B. Cathrine Parks, dau of decd, should be secured in a place of
