Hello again,

As for the Anne Hansdatter, the 1845 census I sent you, said she was born in
Nørre Højrup. As she was supposed to be 33 years old, she must have been
born around 1812. I found one in late 1811 on Arkivalieronline, and another
in 1813. Therefore I checked for Rasmus and Annes marriage on Familysearch
and found this:

I then found the record on Arkivalieronline, and the record states her
father was Sognefoged Hans Hansen. The problem is the two above mentioned
Ane's father name was Hans Jørgensen, so they can't be right. The marriage
record also says she was 23 y.o., so she could have been born around 1810. I
then checked arkivalieronline again, and found that farmer Hans Hansen and
wife Maren Hellesdatter brought their daughter Anne to church on June 11th
1810.

On http://ddd.dda.dk/soeg_person.asp?sit=2 I found this in 1834:

Hans had died in 1840:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The son Hans Hansen lived with his family in 1845, but Maren wasn't there.
Therefore I looked for her death between 1840 and 1845, and found she'd died
on April 12th 1843. The record says she was born in Hjadstrup, which is
north on Lunde west of Otterup. She must have been born around 1780 or so.

and in 1787:

Peder Pedersen 24 ugift Barn [Ane Rasmusdatters 1.ægteskab]
Ane Pedersdatter 17 ugift Barn [Ane Rasmusdatters 1.ægteskab

She was unmarried in 1801, so she and Hans must have been married between
1801 and 1806 (I found the birth of a few children in the Nørre Højrup
church books - incl. Hans in 1806). They were married in Hjadstrup in 1805,
and Hans was a widower. In Nørre Højrup, a Hans Hansens wife Abelone
Larsdatter was burried in March 1805, so this could be Hans family in 1801
(Hansdatter could be a transcription error):

Samtlige personer i husstanden

Odense, Skam, Nørre Højrup, Høyrup Bye, , 14, FT 1801, A4221
Navn: Alder: Civilstand: Stilling i husstanden: Erhverv: Fødested:
Ny Hans Hansen 37 gift Huusbonde Bonde og gaardbeboer
Abelone Hansdatter 31 gift Hans kone
Jesper Hansen 6 ugift Deres børn
Kirsten Hansdatter 2 ugift Deres børn
Hans Nielsen 31 ugift Tienestefolk
Giertrud Nielsdatter 33 ugift Tienestefolk
Kirsten Larsen f. Hansen 73 enke Huusbondens moster

Ny Hans Hansens wife was introduced in church in 1801 after the birth of a
daughter Anna Sophia. Jesper was born in early 1795 and Kirsten in 1799 in
Nørre Højrup.

On Familysearch, I found this to be a possible marriage - I did look at
arkivalieronline, but could not find the record, so I'm REALLY not sure
about this !!!:

As Hans Hansen was "ny" = "new" in 1801, he's likely to have been born
elsewhere, but where.....

PLEASE don't take my word for all this being correct - you really need to
look at the records - check and double check !

Take care

Martin

Hey there,

In the death record I sent you, it said he'd been born in what looked like
Fremmelev (Or something close to it). Fremmelev is in Lunde parish, and I
looked at Arkivalieronline and found a Rasmus born in 1781. The fathers name
looked like Mads, but I couldn't read his last name, and the record was
really difficult to read. Maybe the film is better.

I looked at the Mormon site
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp, and found this:

Then I tried http://ddd.dda.dk/soeg_person.asp?sit=2 and found this:

Samtlige personer i husstanden

Karen Madsdaatter 69 gift Madmoder [Ditløf Jørgensøn]
Mads Ditløfsøn 37 gift "Hosbondens Søn" [Ditløf Jørgensøn] Bonde
Maren Rasmusdaatter 34 gift "Hosbondens Søns Kone"[Mads Ditløfsøn]
Karen Madsdaatter 9 ugift "Hosbondens Søns 4 Børn" [Mads Ditløfsøn]
Rasmus Madsøn 7 ugift "Hosbondens Søns 4 Børn" [Mads Ditløfsøn]
Maria Madsdaatter 4 ugift "Hosbondens Søns 4 Børn" [Mads Ditløfsøn]
Ditløf Madsøn 2 ugift "Hosbondens Søns 4 Børn" [Mads Ditløfsøn]
Christopher Christensøn 20 ugift Tienestekarl
Karen Jørgensdaatter 31 ugift Tienestepige
Jacob Nielsøn 15 ugift Tienestedreng

If this is your family, and you really have to check it carefully, you have
both Rasmus parents and paternal grandparents !

Take care

Martin
