Dear Listers,

For some time I have been watching your communications flash by my screen
without comment. It would reflect great restraint on my part except that I
don't know much about the Davidsons.

I am researching a Josiah Davidson, born about 1802 in, perhaps, PE Co., VA.
He moved to TN at some point, perhaps Rutherford Co., and then on to
Crittenden Co., KY, where he died in 1881.

His wife was Susan Suky Hughes who was said to have been from PE Co., VA.
They married about 1826.

Josiah's researchers need to know who his parents were. Since there were
three Josiah Davidsons in TN at the same time, and lots of Davidsons
everywhere on the East Coast, the task is somewhat difficult.
