Subject: [DMU] Neophyte question re "placement" process in time

Does anyone have a "protocol" or a bit of advice for the placement of
deeds in a neighborhood taking into consideration the passage of time?
Is it best to produce snapshots of area land ownership in discrete
"projects"? I do not have much experience to draw on here and so will
appreciate advice.
