I make a fact and put the information in the notes. Property, Tax List, Lottery,
Will, Probate. That may not be the best way for a narrative, but at least I have
the information at hand. And it may not transfer to another program by gedcom.
If I am sure I want something to be sure to transfer, I put it in the individual
notes.
Also, all those facts make a time line so I can see where he was at certain
times. I turn the facts off for books mostly, although I do try to set it up so
it reads correctly.
