Margaret,

Many thanks for your thoughts about the extra notes. Is it necessary
to insert the ! at the head of every line or just at the beginning of
the note? My notes may run 3-4 lines. When I insert ! at the beginning
of every line as I type, the ! marks wind up in the middle of the
note, when I return to the Text view. I was using the "Re" field to
insert extra comments.

I wonder if it would be possible to add a Memo or Comments field to
the Text view entry fields.
