Why does one line in the middle of a plat with several calls print blue instead of pink?

Another interesting thing happened with this same plat. When I pressed F5 for display, the error message appeared. I went ahead to view the plat, and noticed that the line with the error had been omitted from the plat. The error was a missing semi-colon. When that was inserted, the call was included.

BTW, the blue line, and the error line are not the same call.
