One idea is to figure out on of the courses that appear on the top edge of
the parcel. Then go to text view, and go to that boundary line. cut it and
all the metes and bounds below it, hit delete to eliminate the blank line,
then go to the beginning of the metes and bounds, hit enter to create a blank
line, then paste the metes and bound you have in the clipboard back into the
text view. this will have the begiining point at the top of the plat, but be
aware, the plat will have moved from where it was. It will still be nearby,
so don't panic.
