This isn't Mike but I can answer the question.

The MD Dept of Assessment & Taxation's web page is
http://sdatcert3.resiusa.org/rp_rewrite/ You have to know something about
the property (e.g., address or map & parcel) in addition to the county.
Once you have the proper account on screen, the "VIEW MAP" option is in the
upper right hand corner [red letters on yellow background].

Once the map is displayed, right-click with your mouse on the map and "Save
Picture As" ... note the location on your hard drive or navigate to the
location desired.

If you use WINDOWS XP. it includes the tools to rotate JPG formatted files.
Otherwise use a program like MS Picture It (usually free on the PC) or
Adobe Photoshop Elements, et al.
