Subject: Assigning Lattitude and Longitude

I have plotted several deeds that are next to each other. I don't have
the topo map for the area where the property is located. I do know the
latitude and longitude of several of the corners. Is it possible to
assign these values to the corners and then be able to "Lat./Long."
Command to determine the values for other points on the deeds?
