You can change the scale by going to 'View', selecting 'Options' and
clicking on the 'Plot View'. The smallest scale I was able to enter was
125 feet per inch. A 10' X 10' plot was very small. You could work
around this by multiplying all distances by the same factor.
Your drawing would look okay, but your area would be wrong.

I think the scale is to large for something like
this. It's tough enough on a house lot.
