Subject: [DMU] underlining in deed descriptions
Date: Sat, 29 Sep 2007 10:29:07 -0700 (PDT)
I have come across metes and bounds descriptions that reads as follows
with each of the numbers underlined. What does this mean?
thence along center of County road with following courses
S 56 30 E, 84 feet
S 29 30 E, 99 feet
S 12 15 W, 242 feet
S 5 30 W, 113 feet
S 24 00 W, 146 feet
Earlier descriptions have read N 50 degrees 30', or N 41 degrees 00
(underline) E, 159.5 feet. or " (underlined).
Are the above underlined numbers proportional amount of degrees?
