Pat,

You have three boundaries that are giving you your problem. Two of these are "along said road" 103 poles and 107 poles with no indication of direction then you have the last boundary "up said branch" with no direction or distance.

You can deal with one boundary which is along the meander of something, but I don't know how you would deal with three and have a plot that was of any value.

107(doesn't say what - assume poles) to a meander in said road in said
Dabney’s line; thence N.25 degrees E. 10 ½ poles to a
spring on a branch called the Mill Spring, thence up the said branch and
along said Dabney’s line as it meanders to the
beginning.
