It is a requirement of WinVista and Win7 that data files or any other
user-changeable files NOT be in the Program Files area. In fact, a
normal user is not able to access that area. Thus all such user
files should be in a user-accessible folder such as the Documents
folder. This might be your user account Documents folder or in the
Public Documents folder probably depends on how you installed DM -
either "only me" or "all users". In my case, when I first opened DM,
I had to point to the Public Document folder where I had placed my
deed sub-folder and select the file to open. Subsequently, the deed
file was in the File Menu history list or I could select a different
file from the Public Documents folder.
