I have deeds for Prince William county, VA that I have platted and
placed against a set of 7 topo maps. I would like to add a georeferenced
1862 map as a background but I am unable to accurately place the map. I
have determined what the center lat/long of my 1862 map should be and
its degrees wide and tall but this seems to make no difference in the
placement. Is there some kind of tutorial and how to place images?
