Last time I tried to reply to a single person, it didn't work out so well <g>! So, I'll reply to the group since this might be of interest to more than one person.

The Master Genealogist (TMG) works just fine on my MAC laptop; I have been using it in this environment for about four years. I am using TMG 7, not 8; but I started with version 6 and had no problem making the 6 to 7 move. (I'll take a look at TMG 8 at the NGS meeting in Cincinnati.)

I moved to a MacBook from an IBM ThinkPad; the biggest thing I had to get used to was the absence of a built-in right-click button on the MAC.

Since this is a DeedMapper group, I can report success in importing DeedMapper-created maps into TMG as exhibits to several of my records.
