Hi!

Just thought I'd mention that I have a James Gilliland that we think may
have been the one who was the Capt. In the Sappers & Miners. He later moved
to Washington County, PA & later that part became Allegheny County. He
stated that he came from Christiana Hundred Delaware. I think some of his
family records may even be in NJ & I'd sure like to pin him down in Delaware
but haven't to date. If anyone runs across this name please let me know.
