463. Deed. 15 May 1750. Cornelius CARTY of St Georges Hundred in Cnty of
Newcastle on Delaware, joyner, & Mary his wife for the sum of 124 pounds,
sold unto David WILLIAMS of same place, blacksmith, a tract of land &
plantation know by ye name of Hopewell, & Snowden's land, situated on SW
side of Gran's Manner in Hundred afsd containing 170 acres. Signed:
Cornelius CARTY, Mary CARTY. Witnesses: Abraham JETTON, Thomas BROWN.
