On a whim, I looked up Susannah Foudray, and found this:
Early Church Records of New Castle Co., DE
Vol II, Old Swedes Church
December 1774: Susannah born baptised 26th, parents John and Mary Foudery

Also, these were the only other Foudray's listed in New Castle Co.
