2000 by Clearfield: Genealogical Publishing Co, Baltimore, MD, LOC #
71-76816, ISBN # 0-8063-0079-5

This book should be available in any good genealogical library or the
paperback reprint available from the publisher Clearfield Books who are
online and I believe it is also available thru WillowBend Books who are
also online.

I have no idea if it is available on CD, possibly thru the FamilyTreeMaker
CDs. Any that I post to this list I have had to type up. As with everyone
my time is limited so do be sure to check w/your local library's genealogy
department to see if they have the book. If you do need a lookup be
specific. I"m glad to help when I can.
