Hi,
Here are some other areas of Wilmington NCCo. It isn't all of them but only the ones I can recall off the top of my head.
Browntown- adjacent to Hedgeville, Little Italy-around Saint Anthony's, Highlands-between Forty Acres and Rockford Park area, Forty Acres-around St Ann's Church, the Hill around 2nd Street, and near Saint Peter's Church.
Maybe this will trigger some others thoughts and memories.
Regards,
Nancy

I've never come across this area before in my New Castle research. As far as I know she lived on Logan St. in Wilmington which I know is no longer there (I-95) but I'm wondering if anyone knows where Hedgeville would have been. The year was 1872.
