And I need to apologize for my previous message. I had Koch in my mind and
therefore went to Cock. On reading my books by Dr Craig i see that he feels
that Cock/Koch became Cox. Also, I do not remember ever seeing a Richard
among the Swedes and Finns of early Delaware. Please accept my apology.
