Has anyone used this gen source (at the archives) for black gen research and
was is helpful.
Have been asking for the student registration for blacks who when to schools
sponsored by the Federal Freedom Bureau. Some where in Delaware after the
civil war. recent congressional law which cites Delaware is one of the
repositories for the info. but the archive deny it's here.
