Hi, I would gladly help you but I am a new researcher to Delaware records,
I don't know a lot yet abt. what type of records are available for Delaware.
Perhaps someone else on this list can step in and make some suggestions. I
have found the people on this list very helpful. I belong to a lot of other
lists and this one is especially made up of kind and courteous people. If
someone can help you, I'm sure I can learn from them myself. Sorry, but
