his wife for the sum of £220 sold unto Amos ALEXANDER of Cecil cnty, MD,
cooper, a tract of land containing 107 acres situate in Pencader Hundred,
Newcastle cnty, together w/all and singular upon it. This is part of a
larger tract of 1050 acres of land that William PENN by his Commissioners
did grant unto David PRICE in 1703. Whereas Mary PRICE, widow; John PRICE
and Abigail his wife; Nathaniel WILLIAMS and Ann his wife; Rees PRICE and
Sarah his wife; John WATSON and Mary his wife; James PRICE and Benjamin
PRICE, heirs of afsd David PRICE did by their indenture in 1743 convey unto
Philip GRIMES and James GRIMES part of the sd tract containing 501 acres.
Whereas sd Philip GRIMES at the time of his death possessed 325 of those
acres & by his last will & testament ordered it be equally divided between

£87 and damages. Sd Sheriff directed to seize goods & lands of sd STEWART.
Seized in execution was a plantation and tract of land in Pencader Hundred
in sd cnty containing 120 aces. It begins by Hermans Rd & bounds land of
Thomas DAVID. Sd sheriff sold same unto William PRICE for the sum of £157
