If Samuel m. in 1830 in Chester Co., PA -- it is NOT Delaware Co., PA
today!

Chester Co. split into two counties in 1789 & Delaware Co., PA came to
exist in that year. Hence, if Samuel m. in 1830, in Chester Co., PA
it is still Chester Co., PA, today!
