Pauline:
Welcome to the "List" !! There are many on this list from around the
world, ready to help you
out. Parish Registers is where you will find most of your information. I see
that you are familiar
with www.familysearch.org go to 'Library' on this site. Next, click on
'Library Catalog'. Next,
Next, type in the name of the little town that your ancestor came from,
nothing else. THis will
bring you to another page indicating a list of Census, Parishes etc.for that
town. Click on what
you wish to search, and when "View these notes" up in the right hand corner
comes up, click on
it, and read the information that you are looking for. Go to your nearest
Family History Centre
to view these films. They are within the Mormon Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints.
At this centre, there are very helpful folks to help you out as well.
On www.ddd.dda.dk click on the English flag. This will bring up Census,
Immigration, & Probate
Records. There, you will also find the work map...click on it for the
Counties of Denmark.
Good Luck and stay with us..

can help me. Some time in the not too distant future my husband and I hope
to come to Denmark and visit your Country, we are looking forward to the
experience very much.
