A period of the Langskov church records are on the web. I came across the
baptisms, marriages, and deaths a little bit ago. They may be of interest
to others:

If you look at 1758 burials you can see(this is for Hans Kruse(s/o Jacob
Kruse) and his wife Elizabeth Vinding)

59a 1758 Begr. Commerceråd Kruses liden datter Kirstine
A little later on it says Kammerråd and for his wife it says
Kammerrådinde

His son and heir, Anders Vinding Kruse(he and his wife had no children),
apparently was able to take the same position as the father as the census
entries for him show the following:

1.chambercounceler, owner og Hvolgaard. The manor was sold in 1812 to
dr.juris.Munkebjerg
had no children
2.Vejle, Nøørvang, Langskov, Hvolgaard hovedgaard, , , 1, FT-1801

My direct descendant was a brother just younger than Anders, Hans Hansen
Kruse(1753-1811).
He married to Henrietta Birgitte Flindt(a daughter to Henrich August Flindt
and Wilhelmina Charlotte Merckel) Henrietta's brother was "General" Henrich
Flindt, I.e.

The Flindts intermarried extensively with von Munthe af Morganstierne and de
Benzon and one took the name de Flindt. It is apparent that this Kruse
family had some standing. As to how they achieved that status and how Jacob
Kruse(md Elizabeth Bang) was able to purchase or obtain Hvolgaard is what I
am trying to learn in an attempt to find Jacob's or Elizabeth's parentage.
