Hi Diane,
He is the very same person : Bock, Carl Alfred, born in Copenhagen to
Norwegian parents 17. sept. 1849, according to Salmonsens
Konversationsleksikon, vol. III, 1915. From 1906 he lived in Bruxcelles and
was still there in 1915.
