If it's that you think the instructions are good enough to put up on a
web site (blush, blush), then I'd prefer that I do that and put it on
my own web site. Except to update them once in a while and post them
to the Denmark list periodically, I hadn't thought any further, but now
that you mention it, this might be a good solution also for the folks
at arkivalieronline - they can put a link on their web site to my
instructions on my web page rather than my sending a text or even html
file for them to upload on their web site.
