Arkivalieronline don't seem to any materials from outside the kingdom,
but you can see at map of the parishes on the island of Fehmarn here:
http://www.dis-danmark.dk/kipkort/kort/sles1840.gif
It also shows that the 1840 census for that area hasn't been transcribed
yet.
My maps don't show any Berg on Fehmarn, could it be Burg?
