Thank you ( I think) for the info. Good background info, but it leads to
more questions.
I couldn't find a Schleswig Holstein rootsweb mailing list. Where is it
hidden?
If the census records are not online have they been recorded by the LDS
family center? Do you know if I can order the film with those records
from them? If not, are they available elsewhere?
Do you know why there are no parish records available? Are they just not
recorded, or can we not even get them by writing directly?
It would seem ancestors from this area must be researched in some manner.
