Yes!
I found the address of the institution in Germany that keeps the parish
records:

Kirchenkreis Oldenburg
Kirchenbuchamt des Kirchenkreises Oldenburg
Kirchenstraße 7

Deutschland

They have parish books for he following parishes in S-H:

Altenkrempe, Bannesdorf, Burg, -Burg auf Fehmarn-, Grömitz, Großenbrode,
Grube, Hansühn, Heiligenhafen, Hohenstein, Holle, Kellenhusen, Landkirchen,
Landkirchen, Lensahn, Neukirchen, Neukirchen/St.Antonius Neustadt, Ofen,
Oldenburg, Oldenburg-Eversten, Oldenburg-Ohmstedte, Oldenburg-Osternburg,
Petersdorf, Rastede, Schönwalde, Wangels, Wardenburg

As far as I know they will charge you.
