Someone gave me the definition of Ministerialbog once and now I can't find
it. Literally, I think it means sonmething like "government book". I'm
trying to decipher this phrase in my grandparents' marriage certificate:

hvilket i Overensstemmelse med Kirkens Ministerialbog herved bevidnes paa
Embeds Vegne

Does this essentially mean "which I in my official capacity hereby certify
to be in agreement with the Church's official record"?
