Hi Barbara,
Yes you can!
As Elsie points out, the FAQ Tells you how to set up a Danish Keyboard and
how to toggle back and forth between that and the English keyboard with a
single stroke of the left pinkie. Of course you could just leave the
keyboard in Danish (that's what the Danes do) but you would have to learn
what they have done with the non-alphabetic characters like the hyphen and
the quotation marks.
