This is my line of descent from the DENNIS family. Would love to trace it
back further than Hiram DENNIS (b. 1820) - any help would be most appreciated.

1. Hiram DENNIS (b. 1820 Wayne Co, NY - d. 1899 Adams Co, IA - both parents
born in ME according to census info.) m. 1843 PA to Mary Ann McKINLEY (b. abt
1824 PA - d. 1874 prob Whiteside Co, IL) Need parents of both.

2. Thomas Elmer DENNIS (b. 1851 South Bend, IN - d. 1931 Montgomery Co, IA) m.
1876 IA to Elizabeth "Libbie" Catherine EDWARDS (b. 1860 Taylor Co, IA - d.
1934 Montgomery Co, IA - dau of Lathan & Celia Jane HEATON EDWARDS)

3. Bartie Ann DENNIS (b. 1878 Montgomery Co, IA - d. 1913 Page Co, IA) m. 1901
IA to Walter Martin LINGO (b. 1876 IA - d. 1970 NE - son of Selkirk Samuel
LINGO & Martha Ann MARTIN)

4. Alice Elizabeth LINGO (b. 1908 IA - d. 1976 CA) m. 1934 SD to Herman "Jim"
Kramer FRANK (b. 1906 NE - d. 1954 SD - son of Frank & Sophia KRAMER FRANK)
