Hi Folks
I have just joined your service and this is my first message.
I'm a New Zealander whose great great great grandparents James and Rebecca Bailey (nee Clarke) were married in St Helen's
Etwall in 1803 which I have visited in 1994 along with a visit to the "Spread Eagle" a pub still in existence to-day which was owned by Rebecca's grandfather William in 1746.Their grandson Francis emigrated to New Zealand in the early 1880's I would love to hear from any others researching the BAILEY name in this area along with other names listed below that may be connected.
